What a great regatta w/no (very little) wind and a ripping tide!!!

Wonderful hosts, great food and entertainment.  LIGHT breeze, which is unusual for Beaufort, with crazy ripping tide swing at 9’.  This made the racing fun, frustrating and tactical.

We had a few ASC members travel to this Regatta.  Ed & Brenda Durant, Justin Annis and Family, Marcus Moehman, Eli Putnam and Family, Bob and Sharon Harkrider and Dale and Renee Suggs.    

Congratulations to ASC member Marcus Moehman and team for winning 1st place in the Lightning Class.  Congratulations to ASC/BYSC member Karen Lovin for jumping into the 11 boat Sunfish fleet and showing at 3^rd.  

The rest of us had a great time at the party Saturday night!
