Jim recently completed a year as the Chairman of the International J/24 Class Association. Among other duties Jim traveled to several international venues including the annual IJCA meeting at the Howth Yacht Club in Ireland. Jim exchanged a ASC burgee for a Howth burgee and is shown here presenting the Howth Burgee to Commodore Sherman at the December 10 ASC Board meeting.
