 Series Coordinator: Tim Buss pentamento1@yahoo.com This is a PHRF series of six races of approximately three hours each on six race days with best card every race day. A Firecracker Regatta format is also included with awards. The regatta is governed by the USSA RACING RULES OF SAILING for 2009-2013, USSA Prescriptions, individual class rules, Augusta Sailing Club PHRF Class rules, and Sailing Instructions. Eligibility: This is a PHRF regatta by invitation of the Augusta Sailing Club at Strom Thurmond Lake at Clarks Hill. Boats must have a current ASC PHRF Certificate and comply with the ASC PHRF rules. Entry: Entry will be allowed at any time up until the start of a race on any race day. A completed entry form and entry fee shall be submitted as part of the registration. Payment is required by signature on the entry form authorizing the Club to charge the fee on the member’s quarterly bill. Classes: Two fleets including Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker boats. Fees: Entry fee for the Series is $50 per boat including the Firecracker Cup, and The Passage. Entry fee for the Firecracker Cup or passage only is $25. Schedule A Skippers Meeting will be held 10:30 AM at ASC on each race day to set the course. The starting sequence will begin at 12:00 noon each race day.
