For many years there has been a need identified to consolidate the Maintenance & Storage Facilities for the Resident Manager/Caretaker. The proposed facility is a 24'x40' building with siding and pitched shingled roof to match the gate house. The building as proposed would have 1 work bay and 2 garage bays. The plan would be to relocate the 10'x16'  aluminum clad building for reuse on site (possibly for the Dock Authority) and to demolish the 15'x16' dirt floor tin covered shed. The new facility would provide much needed work space, secure storage for tools and equipment and a far more suitable building near the Club entrance that matches the gate house in appearance. A preliminary budget of $20,000 is under review.
