New Georgia Boating Law, effective July 1, 2014

The new law requires all boat Operators born after Jan. 1, 1998 to take a Boater Safety course. Operators can take any course approved by the NASBLA [National Assoc. of State Boating Law Administrators] including an online free course offered by BoatU.S. (Go to WWW.BoatUS,org) Georgia’s Law is similar to new laws in most all Gulf coastal states.
