Shawondassee: Recently the Club was formally contacted by the Shawon of Shawondassee with an inquiry as to our potential interest in a merger of the two Clubs. They have about 15 members and their leased property is adjacent to ours to the West. They lease about 17 acres with about 1,100 LF of shoreline. A committee consisting of Dan West, Rob Sherman, Mike Walsh, Sue Putnam and Jim Claffey has been formed investigate this. The Board is in generally agreement that gaining access to this adjacent property could be desirable under the right circumstances.
