The new gate program is in place. A proximity card access system is now the primary means of access to the Club. If you have not already done so you can pick up your proximity entry card(s) from our Resident Manager, Mr. Dick Crow, phone 706-305-7357.

For our conspiracy theorists in the group (and you know who you are) let it be known the gate access system does not have the capability to track your individual uses.

Each family membership gets one free proximity card and a second card can be issued for a $12 fee. Families with driving children that use the Club can apply for a third card under the child’s name for $12 fee.

The gate keypad code system is also in use for special events, crew/guest access and contractor access. The code is published on the member’s only portion of the website and will be changed frequently to control unauthorized use. See Mr. Crow to arrange a special event code or contractor access code.

The wireless remote system has been reactivated however the code has been changed.  If you have turned in a remote for a credit you may repurchase your remote (or one similar to it) for the amount of the credit you received. See Mr. Crow to reprogram or repurchase your remote. Repurchase amounts will be applied to your membership account.

As a member it is your responsibility to secure means of access to the Club via card, code or remote. You should know that in accordance with the House and Ground Rules the Resident Manager has been instructed not to open the gate for members or guests. This may seem harsh but please don’t take offence. As you can imagine we have other things for our Resident Manager to do and we certainly don’t wont members to come to rely on our Resident Manager as a doorman.
