automatic payment option

posted Jun 7, 2019, 8:02 AM by AUGUSTA SAILINGCLUB   [ updated Jun 30, 2020, 8:49 AM ]

Great News to ease administrative efforts to pay quarterly Dues and Fees. SUMMARY:

Effective immediately, Augusta Sailing Club has established an automatic payment option through our Cadence Bank Treasury operations for all members.

Click the following link below to the Authorization Request form that must be received by the Bookkeeper to initiate this payment method.

Also, this form is available at www.augustasailingclub.com web site in the "Member" tab / Document Folder / Member Forms / "Payment Page".

REMINDER:

  • Please be sure to include a copy of a voided check with your form, so we may validate your account numbers provided.
  • Please send completed forms to Augusta Sailing Club; PO Box 1938; Evans, GA 30809.
  • Or, you may email both me and Dick Mayne

Augusta Sailing Club will issue a $10.00 credit to all members that complete and return this authorization form by July 21, 2020 for payment of July 1, 2020 - Third Quarter dues and fees mailed out in early July.

There is no fee to the member, if a bank draft is set up from the member checking account.

There WILL BE a 3% convenience fee added, if the preference is to use a credit card. This is the same fee the banking institutions charge ASC.

After we input your financial numbers into the merchant terminal provided to us from Cadence Bank, there are no numbers available in our personal hardware or software. Only the authorization form you return to us will be kept in paper form as documentation of your approval. All financial numbers are managed from TSYS = a Merchant vendor service recommended by Cadence Bank Treasury.

ASC has no access to this detail but ASC can link to it for recurring quarterly charges to your account.

This is the updated announcement.  diswcard any earlier copy saved

 Regards,

 Mike

   June 27 2019  11:30 to 2:00

This is a summer camp for children suffering from diseases like Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus. Learn more about the camp here:  Children's Hospital of Georgia Camp Joint Venture

We are looking for volunteers willing to take the children/counselors on their boats for approximately 2 hours or so, help usher the kids to/from their assigned boats, or to assist with lunch and preparations.  Due to the short notice of the camp, here is the information as we currently know it (***all subject to change slightly, of course.)
